Mine started doing this immediately after I upgraded to Windows 10, so I thought the upgrade was the cause.
It started with vertical lines, pixels basically shifting like crazy. About the same distance from the edge of the screen as yours, except mine's on the left side. I think sometimes the lines went horizontally too.
Microsoft suggested updating the graphics driver or reinstalling it, it was already updated so I reinstalled. Still glitched.
When that didn't work, Wacom told me to do a factory reset. So I did, but this glitch continued while running on Windows 8.
This glitch would gradually start, get really bad, then gradually go away. When it got really bad, those horizontal red patches across the rest of the screen would show up.
Last night, it didn't last long before it started glitching. Badly. It went nuts.
The lines flickered like crazy until it merged into blackness. It was like watching my tablet have a seizure and slowly die.. Then it went white and I could vaguely see the icons on my desktop but the screen wouldn't respond to my touch. Or if it was, it wasn't showing any sign.
After about 10 min, it came to and I could interact with the screen, but it was still flickering like crazy.
The red patches on the bottom section of the screen would disappear when I would move a window into that area, whether I was touching that area of the screen or not.
So I'm not sure if this is a software issue or a hardware issue.
Wacom has been no help, as they haven't responded to my email about the factory reset not fixing it, but I'm about to contact them again today.
I did eventually get them to replace mine. It seems to me its hardware. If you haven't already, call them and be persistent about getting it fixed or replace. They might stall. Also they really dont seem to respond to email at all.
